This project required a substantial overhaul, focusing on the Immotech platform, a property management system. We initiated the process with an in-depth series of UX workshops with the client, understanding their challenges. Starting from the basics, we crafted application prototypes, and concluded with its implementation. The client's shock was palpable as our ReactJS-built application, meticulously designed post-UX workshops, surpassed their prior experiences.

The project kicked off with a comprehensive exploration of the client's needs through multi-day UX workshops. These sessions laid the groundwork for the transformation of the Immotech platform.
